Honored Rider Card Eligibility
Spokane Transit’s Honored Rider Card is for seniors (ages 60+) and persons with disabilities who use public transportation. Displaying the Honored Rider Card when boarding a bus entitles the individual to pay the current Honored Rider rate.

Your photo will be used for fare enforcement purposes. Please upload a clear photo of your face.
Follow the same guidelines you would for a passport photo, including:

Photo must have been taken within the past 6 months.
- Photo size should be 2" x 2".
- Head must be between 1" and 1⅜" in size, from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head.
- Use a plain white or off-white background.
- Have someone else take the photo. (No selfies.)
- Take off your eyeglasses for the photo.
- No filters or other digital editing.
All documents should be in electronic format (.jpg, .png, .pdf, .docx) so you can attach them to your online application.
